Keywell Website

 Q1. How do I find out about new articles?

A: So glad you asked! You can subscribe to our blog and we will email you the latest articles as they are published.

Q2. If I subscribe on the website, can I access the Keywell App with the same account details?

A: The Keywell website and Keywell App are separate. You will need to create an account when you download the Keywell App and you will also need to create an account on the website. Don’t forget to use the right details when logging in to each product

Q3. Can I use and share any of the resources on the website?

A: You can definitely use and share the resources available on the Keywell website. 

Q4. Can I make changes to the resources found on the Keywell website?

A: You can’t make changes to the content or images, remove the Keywell branding, or reuse parts without attribution – this is considered a breach of Intellectual Property. Feel free to get in touch if you are unsure.

 

Keywell App

 Q1. Do I need to give my credit card details to try the app?

A: No you don’t need to provide your credit card details to try the app. The app is free for 14 days, and only after that period will you be asked if you want to subscribe.

Q2. Does it cost anything to subscribe to the website?

A: There is no cost, it’s free!

Q3. What happens to all the information I record, if I don’t go ahead and subscribe to the app?

A: All your information will still be available to you to view, but you won’t be able to record anything else and you won’t have access to the Read section.

Q4. Can I delete the Keywell app?

A: Yes, you can delete the Keywell app whenever you want. 

Q5. If I subscribe on the Keywell App, can I access the Keywell website with the same account details?

A: The Keywell website and Keywell App are separate. You will need to create an account when you download the Keywell App and you will also need to create an account on the website. Don’t forget to use the right details when logging in to each product.

Q6. Is all the data I enter in the Keywell App secure?

A: Absolutely! Privacy and security is very important to us. All your personal identifiable information is encrypted in our database.

Q7. How do I delete my Keywell App account?

A: You can delete your Keywell App account at any time by emailing us on info@keywell.com.au. In your email please include the subject as “Delete my Keywell App Account” and provide the email address you signed up with. We will email you to verify your details first and once complete we will delete your account.

Please note, we will continue to hold a secure copy of your information for a minimum of seven years after the closure of your account in order to comply with applicable laws.
